Ewan’s farewell bash as Dundee clubs exit Scottish Cup

It's been a week of exits in Dundee.
Dundee were knocked out of the Scottish Cup after a 3-0 home defeat to Rangers. United followed suit just 24 hours later, losing to the same scoreline against Celtic.
And, as if that wasn't enough, oor Ewan has reached for the exit door as he makes his final Twa Teams, One Street appearance before moving onto pastures new.
This week Ewan Smith joins Graeme Finnan and host Tam Duthie to discuss the Scottish Cup aftermath, give their pre-split predictions and look ahead to the international break.
 

Old Firm come to town, United face top 6 shoot-out and Dundee scrap for survival

Dundee's hopes of survival took another battering as they lost a heartbreaking last minute goal to St Mirren. Across the city, United conceded a late leveller to Hearts to leave them in a six-way shoot-out for top six football.
And with both Celtic and Rangers due to visit the city on Scottish Cup duty - at United and Dundee respectively - there is plenty for our Twa Teams lads to talk about.
George Cran is off so it's left to Tam Duthie to hold the fort alongside Graeme Finnan and Ewan Smith to discuss the trials and tribulations of our city rivals. There's a special mention for Ewan's idol - Dick Campbell - as he celebrates six years in charge of Arbroath.

Dundee go for McGhee as United go fourth

It's been a whirlwind week on Sandeman Street as Dundee sacked James McPake after almost three years in charge.
And within 24 hours of announcing McPake's departure, Dark Blues unveiled Mark McGhee as their new manager.
The appointment has sparked a strong reaction from Dundee fans.
And with McGhee facing a six game touchline ban, Tom Duthie is joined by Graeme Finnan and Ewan Smith to discuss Dundee's managerial merry-go-round.
Ewan also takes a look at events across the street, where Dundee United are riding high in fourth place having joined Dundee in the Scottish Cup quarter-final.

It's been a while...
It's the usual crew as Tom Duthie is joined by George Cran, Graeme Finnan and Arbroath ambassador Ewan Smith to talk over success on Sandeman Street. 

Derby fall-out and transfer window reaction

It was derby day in Dundee this week but there weren't any celebrations on either side of the street.
Dundee and Dundee United played out a tense 0-0 draw at Dens Park - the Twa Teams boys were there (well, most of them) to give their verdict.
Tom Duthie is joined by the usual crew of George Cran, Ewan Smith and Graeme Finnan to chat Leigh Griffiths, Jeando Fuchs and some goal-shy strikers.

Clark on the mark, Dee draw and we look forward to the derby

For the first time in a long time, the Twa Teams lads don't have defeats to talk about. Positive cup results for both Dundee United and Dundee before the Tangerines got back to winning ways in the league.
The Dark Blues didn't enjoy their trip to McDiarmid Park quite as much but are there shoots of recovery?
Next week is the second derby of the season and the boys predict which way it'll go - do you agree?

Six-in-a-row on Sandeman Street & title tussles elsewhere

Our teams are out of cold storage after the winter break.
But sadly, their form remains ice cold.
Defeats for Dundee and Dundee United in midweek means both sides have now lost six-in-a-row.
It's Scottish Cup action at the weekend as United travel to Kilmarnock and Dundee visit Dumbarton.
Ewan Smith is back this week to join our top team of Tam Duthie, George Cranksets and Graeme Finnan.
And, as per usual, Ewan can't resist chatting beans about Arbroath's title dream even though it's decidedly off-topic.
